Please check this page periodically to view changes, updates, or important information regarding services offered by ReDot Systems.
- Always keep an active email address in your control panel. All correspondence is sent by email. If we cannot contact you, we cannot advise of renewal dates, changes, etc. and your account may be cancelled.
- If we cannot contact you thru your control panel email address and your account is cancelled, we are not responsible for your domain name loss or account closure.
- If you change your DNS information for a registered domain name, you may not be able to access your control panel. Contact
with your email address and user id and you will receive an email describing access information.

Apparently, some of our competitors (specifically Domain Registry of America) are mailing notices that look like a renewal form and/or invoice to the Administrative Contact for domain names that are approaching their renewal date. In some instances, unsuspecting Administrative Contacts have completed these forms and unintentionally transferred the registrar of their domain name . You will only receive a notification to renew your domain name from us by email only. We do not solicit by mail or telephone. If you renew your domain name via one of these scams, you are no longer under the management of ReDot Systems.
